Real Estate: The Evo

by Upscale Swagger on June 16, 2008

Looking for a spot in downtown L.A.? The Evo might be the perfect solution to that question. This Elegantly-built 23 story building overlooks downtown Los Angeles. The South Group is creating a 24/7 neighborhood where a lively mix of shopping, dining and entertainment options abound.

The Evo will provide residents with a private sixth floor urban oasis, featuring a pool, spa, lounge-style seating and an outdoor kitchen. On the 23rd floor Evo will feature the chic “Two Forty” lounge and state of the art fitness center. Unit sizes range from 730 to 3500 square feet. Pricing for a spot here will range from under $500,000 to more than $1.5 million.

The open interiors are breezy pristinely white minimalist-inspired canvases adorned with exotic hardwood floors and windows that extend from floor to ceiling. Millennium hardwood floors are available in five tones. The kitchens feature stainless-steel appliances from refrigerators to countertop stoves to ovens to dishwashers. Matching countertops and backsplash are by CaesarStone. At the buyer’s discretion, the cabinetry is either natural or classical-white hardwood. Bathrooms show off slate-tile flooring, limestone-slab countertops, hardwood cabinets, matching sinks, tubs, and fixtures by Kohler.”

  • I’ve seen these residences before – they’re beautiful! And I think I read somewhere that the developer is seeking LEED certification, which I guess is like the highest honor from the US Green Building Council – so it is being built in a way that is responsible for our planet. Way to go!! Recommend checking it out if you are in the market and ever in DTLA 🙂

    cheers!
