The HTC Touch HD, has a 3.8 inch screen, with a top notch 5-megapixel camera. It’s fast 528 MHz processor and 288MB of RAM makes tasks simple and quick on this touchscreen phone. Other features included on this phone are GPS, Wi-Fi, TouchFLO UI, and dual cameras.
Although the phone hasn’t been released yet, in fact it  was actually announced last week at CTIA. Gizmodo has already written their first impression of the device, saying that it isn’t quite as good as the iPhone 3G, but will be a pretty good competitor to full screen touchscreen phones like the Instinct and Sony Ericsson Experia.
