It looks like Kim Kardashian finally sold her L.A. condo and wanted to upgrade quite a bit. According to TMZ, Kim purchased a 4,000 square foot Mediterranean villa in Beverly Hills for $4.8 million. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It also sports a grand two-story entry, formal living and dining rooms each with their own fireplaces.
