Gucci and GUESS spent the day in a New York federal court on Wednesday over a trademark dispute. It all started back in 2009 when Gucci sued GUESS for infringing on Gucci trademarked designs by using variety of design elements, including a block letter ‘G’, a combination of green and red stripes and diamond-logoed motifs. Gucci’s lawyer Louis Ederer says GUESS has knocked off over $200 million in Gucci product. The Italian fashion house is seeking over $124 million in damages.
