Italian car manufacturer Lamborghini introduces the convertible version of the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4. The new model made it’s debut today at the Los Angeles Auto Show and includes an engine upgrade boasting 560hp and 540 torque which gives the the car the ability to reach a top speed of 324 km/h. Other upgrades include a quicker shift which allows for smooth and faster transition between gears. Finally for those who are on the run, Lamborghini has added a 20 second roof retractor to the Gallardo. No word on pricing as of yet.

The people over at Car Enthusiast have written a review on the new Audi R8. Although the Audi R8 isn’t as a great as a Lamborghini or anywhere near it, Car Enthusiast says it does compete with car manufacturers like Porsche and Maserati. Overall, they gave the Audi R8 a 4 out of 5 stars. Check out the rest of the review here.
The 2010 Bentley Azure T will go on sale in the fall of 2009, and is expected to have a price starting around $350,000.

Hermès showcased a new Hermès Smart Car to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the fashion brand. The Fortwo edition Toile cars are available in 10 colors including cold, indigo and the fashion house’s signature orange. Each car is fitted with Hermès leather covering the steering wheels and gear levers, which come in colors such as fuchsia and lime, and Hermès original canvas tolie. The Hermès Smart Car is currently on sale at $48,564.
Mercedes-Benz will be celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the ML 63 AMG by releasing another edition to add to the ML line. The new ML 63 AMG “10th Anniversary” edition was designed by the AMG Performance Studio and features a new engine bonnet with power domes, radiator grille and an underseal for the front and back end. The vehicle also sits on 21-inch alloy wheels. The interior has a two-tone leather upholstery on the AMG sport seats along with an AMG sports steering wheel. The dashboard comes in black desino leather, a black roof lining and charcoal wood trim making this car feel extra upscale. Pricing hasn’t been announced yet.

Ferrari has unveiled the Scuderia Spider 16M at the annual finals at its Mugello circuit in northern Italy. The Ferrari Scuderia Spider is a limited-edition roadster which gets its looks from 430 Scuderia and F430 Spider. Only 400 models of the Scuderia Spider 16M will hit the pavement. Pricing is expected to be a little bit more than 221,000.

Pictures of the Porsche Panarema interior have hit the web. After looking at all the shots, I’m not sure if I really am digging the new interior. It looks a little bit clustered and complicated. We’ll be able to see it in person during the second quarter of 2009 when it gets released. A hybrid version is expected in mid-2010.

Infiniti and Bloomingdales have teamed up to offer a limited edition Infiniti G37 convertible. This drop-top will be sold exclusively through Bloomingdales and only 200 models will be made. The G37 convertible premiere will be equipped with the same mechanics as the regular production version with many additions to the exterior and interior. The G37 Convertible Premiere model comes with a suite of upgrades such as Platinum Graphite paint, special 19-inch wheels, a new grille, touchscreen navigation, Bose Open Air sound system. Bloomingdale’s G37 Convertible Premiere goes on sale November 10th. Pricing has not been announced.
Dubai is known for having some of the most lavish items & places. Adding on to that list is a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren covered in chrome. The chromed out Mercedes-Benz was spotted in Dubai in a parking lot outside of the Mall of Emirates.
