Donald is building a 62-story Trump International Hotel & Tower on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and it’s expected to sell for $790 million. The tower will be the centerpiece of the 560 hectare Palm Jumeirah which is among the world’s largest man-made islands. Since the announcement of the Trump International Hotel & Tower on Palm Jumeirah pre-sales of some properties are already fetching as much as $3000USD.
