Mark your calenders because Salvatore Ferragamo will launch its first ever online trunk show on Friday, August 5th showcasing the Women’s Fall/Winter 2011 Runway Collection. The collection will be available for pre-order for a limited three week period to U.S. residents only.
Salvatore Ferragamo has added a unique tool that we’re looking forward too. It will let customers create their own looks by mixing and matching pieces from the actual runway looks and share them through Facebook and Twitter. You can visit the trunk show over at trunkshow.ferragamo.com.

Louis Vuitton gives us an inside look into their innovative store architecture in a forthcoming book called Louis Vuitton: Architecture and Interiors. According to Elle UK, “Expect a tome filled with 304 pages of illustrations, architect’s sketches and interviews with store designer Peter Marino and architect Jun Aoki.” The book is set for release on October 4th and is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.
