It looks like Kim Kardashian finally sold her L.A. condo and wanted to upgrade quite a bit. According to TMZ, Kim purchased a 4,000 square foot Mediterranean villa in Beverly Hills for $4.8 million. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It also sports a grand two-story entry, formal living and dining rooms each with their own fireplaces. Reggie Bush is selling his limited-edition 2006 Mercedes Benz CLS500 With Shark II kit which is his the first vehicle he bought when he hit the NFL. The car is so limited only 3 have been made with the Shark II kit. Reggie us putting it on the market due to his busy schedule as a NFL football player as he finds little time to drive the vehicle. The car has been well maintained and is in excellent condition and comes with a low 7,141 miles. Reggie will sign the dashboard upon request and will also sign 2 plaques about the Shark that will to go the lucky buyer. A percentage of the proceeds will benefit the Dream Foundation which is the first and largest national wish-granting organization for adults with life-limiting illness. Kim and her mother Kris were spotted at LAX yesterday prepping for her flight to NY for promotion for a film that she’s in. Kim is expected to hit the dance floor on the new season of “Dancing With the Stars“.
